We’re using the latest techniques in hydroponics—farming without soil—allowing us to grow fresh, nutritious crops all year round, regardless of climate. Over in the mushroom gardens, we’re expanding production to meet rising demand. Mushrooms are not only a fantastic source of nutrition but also offer an incredible economic opportunity for women to enter the agricultural market. With these upgrades, our gardens will serve as a training hub, where women can learn the ins and outs of cultivating mushrooms and become entrepreneurs in their own right.
